The currently listed bonus restrictions exclude Kentucky — Michigan, New Jersey, and Louisiana, and the offers are also restricted in Ontario, Canada. Free bonuses (free spins), tournament prizes, and medal promos come with a $100 maximum cashout, while larger deposit bonuses above 100% are capped at $1,000. A 300% or 600% match bonus can look strong on paper (but a 60x wagering requirement on the bonus amount is still significant), especially when some game types contribute less than slots.
